Terms of Sale

Effective 1 November 2026. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

PDFDigitalShopCo (“we”, “us”) sells digital PDF and image files through this website and on Etsy. Contact: hello@pdfdigitalshopco.com.

2. What you are buying

Every product is a digital file delivered by download. Nothing physical is shipped. Product pages list the files, formats and sizes included. Tumbler wraps are design files only; no tumbler is included.

3. Licence: personal use only

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download the files and print or use them for yourself and your household. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute or sublicense the files or the images in them, use them in products you sell, or claim them as your own. Commercial use is not included.

4. Prices and sales

Prices are in US dollars. Sale prices apply only while the sale shown on the site is running, and the end date is shown next to the price. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes, if any apply to you, are not added by this site unless shown at checkout.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through Payoneer. We never see or store your card or account details. Your order is held as “awaiting payment” until we receive confirmation of payment; we may cancel unpaid orders after 7 days.

6. Delivery

When payment is confirmed, your order page unlocks the download links and we email you a link to it. Download links are private to your order; please do not share them. Each file can be downloaded up to 25 times. If you lose access, email us with your order reference.

7. AI disclosure

We use AI tools to help design page layouts and, for the 50 Language Bundle, to help produce translations and audio. This is stated on the relevant product pages. The language translations and audio have not yet been reviewed by native speakers; the audio covers 46 of the 50 languages. Please do not rely on them for medical, legal or safety-critical communication.

8. Content limits

Guides and courses are educational and are not financial, medical, legal or professional advice. Kitchen charts are reference material only; follow your local food-safety guidance. Printed colours vary by screen, printer, ink and paper. Sublimation results depend on your blank, printer and press settings, and the designs have not been tested on every tumbler brand.

10. Intellectual property

We own or have the right to use the designs, text and images we sell. If you believe something infringes your rights, email hello@pdfdigitalshopco.com with the page address and details and we will review it promptly.

11. Liability

Files are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
