Privacy Policy

Effective 1 November 2026.

What we collect

• Order data: your email address, the products you bought, the total, a reference number and timestamps.
• Download records: how many times each file in your order was downloaded.
• Messages: anything you email us.
• Server logs: your IP address and browser details appear in standard server logs for security and troubleshooting.

We do not see or store your card or Payoneer account details; you enter them on Payoneer. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

Why we use it

To take and deliver your order, send you your order emails, answer support requests, prevent abuse and keep records. Our legal basis is performing the contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure shop, and legal obligations such as accounting.

Who processes it

• Payoneer, to process payments.
• Hostinger, which hosts the website and our email.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies and local storage

Your cart is kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device. We set no tracking cookies for shoppers. A login cookie is used only by the shop owner in the admin area.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and dispute purposes unless you ask us to delete what the law allows us to delete sooner. Server logs are kept for a short period.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, or to object to its use. Email hello@pdfdigitalshopco.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

The shop is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be outside your country. We rely on the safeguards those providers offer.
