How do I get my files?
Right after payment is confirmed, your order page unlocks download links. Bookmark that page; your files stay available there.
Is anything shipped to me?
No. Every product is a digital download. Nothing physical is sent.
What paper sizes are included?
Planners, guides, worksheets, invitations and courses come as both US Letter and A4 PDFs. Wall art includes several ratio sizes. Tumbler wraps are 300 dpi PNG files.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes, for your own personal use. Please do not share, resell or redistribute the files.
Are the products made with AI?
Yes. We use AI tools to help design layouts and, for the language bundle, translations and audio. We say so on every product page. The language bundle has not yet been reviewed by native speakers.
What if a file does not open or is not as described?
Email us with your order reference and we will fix it or refund you. See the refund policy for details.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed through Payoneer. Your payment details are entered on Payoneer, never on this site.
